On the 14th of February 2017, the Dept. of Computer Science & Computer Applications [Shift-II], in association with the Chennai based “Transformers Foundation”, with financial assistance from the “Theagaraya Chetty Educational Institutions Managing Committee”, has conducted a one day seminar titled “KNOT” with the Sole objective of helping the current generation of higher education students in the field of computers and computing, aware of the recent trends in computing across the globe. Dr. Mrs.Twinkle Johnson, Director, Transformers foundation, was the Chief Guest who shared her knowledge on the recent trends in computing with participants from colleges in and around the city of Chennai. Mrs. Johnson, while interacting with the student participants, briefed them about the various career avenues that exist globally after the successfully completion of their degrees. The members of the Management, the Principal and the Dean [Shift-II] graced the Seminar by their presence.
